Cleaning craft

Cleaning is to clean out the contamination on the surface of workpieces including liquid and solid contamination and to make the surface attain clean degree. Cleaning process, the interaction among solution, pollutant and the surface of workpieces, is a process of complicated physical and chemical effect. Cleaning is relevant not only with the property, category, appearance and adhesion degree of the pollutant, the physics and chemistry property and capability of solution and the material and surface state of workpieces, but also with the condition of cleaning, such as temperature, pressure, the accessional ultrasonic vibration, outside force of machine etc. Therefore, to choose a scientific and reasonable cleaning craft must carry on the craft analysis.

Immersed cleaning
Add cleaning solvent to the trough, and immerse the things which will be washed to clean. Because it only depends on the chemical effect of solvent to clean, it has some disadvantages like weak cleaning capability and long-time and repeated cleaning.
Whiff cleaning
Install gas nozzles in the trough, and spray to the things which will be cleaned by gas. Pressure is more than 20kg/cm2.
Cascade cleaning
Spray the cleaning solvent from the liquid phase on the side of trough and use the stirring of liquid to clean. So its capability is better than immersed cleaning.
Scrub cleaning
In the trough, fix brushes and support or tongs. While immersing in solvent or humidifying, clean mainly by the friction between brushes and workpieces. It will be effective for the elementary cleaning.
Ultrasonic cleaning
Install ultrasonic oscillators in the troughs and generate ultrasonic power which equals thousands times of standard atmospheric pressure.
Sprinkling cleaning
Fix sprinkler pipes in the cleaning trough, and spray cleaning solvent from gas phase to the things for cleaning. Pressure is lower than 2kg/cm2.
Decompression cleaning
Generate negative pressure in the trough, which is better for solvent to immerse into the gap in the components. With the ultrasonic effect, cleaning effect will improve more.
Spraying cleaning
Fix injection spray pipes in the cleaning trough, and spray cleaning solvent from gas phase to the things for cleaning. Pressure is between 2 kg/cm2 and 20 kg/cm2.
Circumrotatory bucket cleaning
Fix the slewing arrangement in the trough. Circumgyrate the bucket and stir the things to be cleaned at the same time. Always use with cascade and ultrasonic cleaning.
Vibration cleaning
Fix the vibration components in the trough. Put in things for cleaning and make them vibrate up and down. Always use with cascade and ultrasonic cleaning.
